  UPDATE! HAIR IN THE ICE CREAM!!!!!! This place needs corporate review ASAP!! Employees are completely incapable of redeeming the coupon I presented on the basis of the manager not being there. The ice cream was served melting out of the cup and the employee couldn't even follow the signature ice cream recipe that was on the wall across from him

  AVOID THIS SHOP .... SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST!!!
  
  My daughter called at 9:20PM to see if the ice cream shop was still open. The person who answered the phone said, "Yes, we are open until 10:00PM. We hopped in the car and arrived at the shop at 9:38PM. The door was open and when we walked in, the "girl" working said ... "We are closed". I said, "we just called and you said you were open until 10:00PM". She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, and walked into the back. Unacceptable!!!
  
  Other options in Fairfield with better offerings and much better service!!!
